The ingredients we use are sourced from an array of local farms that are highly-regarded by the Boston area culinary community. Some of our suppliers are the same people you see at your seasonal farmer’s markets in Cape Cod, the North Shore and all around the greater Boston area. The character and flavor of each of their ingredients is considered in the preparation of your menu, whether it’s a simple pairing—the salty-sweet tang of an Island Creek oyster dressed with a tart mignonette—or a more exotic composition—Chinese five-spice-rubbed duck breast wrapped in bibb lettuce with celeriac slaw, Thai basil and nuoc cham.
